The spring manufacturing machinery is in-house, conceived by our chairman,(who himself is an engineer,) and built with the support of our trusted partner companies. The in-house design of the manufacturing machinery enables us to mass produce springs with highest and consistent quality.

Forming (bending)
(Multi-forming machine, New INF forming machine, FMU forming machine)
It uses hard steel wire for manufacturing springs and shape them into springs and hose clips.
Heat treatment
By annealing the molded product (at 300℃ to 435℃), it becomes a spring product (elastic body).
Inspection
Inspects springs for correct dimensions and angles.
Surface treatment
Surface treatment is performed to prevent rusting and for identification purposes.
Packaging
The packaging is tailored to the customer's needs and products packed in returnable boxes.
Shipping
The springs are packed into the pallets, then loaded onto trucks, and transported to automobile manufacturing factories and other locations for assembly.
