| 1946 | January 1946 Founded by Mineichi Ishikawa as a private company in Hirate, Narumi-cho, Aichi-gun. We have deep ties with Togo Seisakusho Co., Ltd., and as the parent company (contact) we began manufacturing special springs for automobiles and home appliances. |

| 1997 | December 1997 The previous director retired due to old age, Katsutoshi Ishikawa was appointed as the representative director. The company emerged from the recession in 1998 and entered stable management. However, in December 2000, Katsushi Ishikawa passed away. |
| 2001 | January 2001 Toru Arakawa is appointed representative director following the death of the former president. The company entered an era of maintaining high quality and low cost in response to advanced production management (centralized computerized control) and high-mix low-volume production. |
