History

1946January 1946 Founded by Mineichi Ishikawa as a private company in Hirate, Narumi-cho, Aichi-gun. We have deep ties with Togo Seisakusho Co., Ltd., and as the parent company (contact) we began manufacturing special springs for automobiles and home appliances.
19521952 The company was relocated to Tsuji, Narumi-cho, Aichi-gun (currently Shiomigaoka, Midori-ku, Nagoya City).
1960March 1960 Changed to a limited partnership, Ishikawa Seisakusho.
1969October 1969 Changed the company name to Ishikawa Seisakusho Co. By this time, the company manufacturing more than 500 types of springs.
1991May 1991 Following the death of Mineichi Ishikawa, Shoji Arakawa was appointed as representative director. From around 1994, the company entered an era in which it was required significant cost reductions, despite maintaining the consistent high quality.
1997December 1997 The previous director retired due to old age, Katsutoshi Ishikawa was appointed as the representative director. The company emerged from the recession in 1998 and entered stable management. However, in December 2000, Katsushi Ishikawa passed away.
2001January 2001 Toru Arakawa is appointed representative director following the death of the former president. The company entered an era of maintaining high quality and low cost in response to advanced production management (centralized computerized control) and high-mix low-volume production.
2008August 2008 Built a new office building and relocated to Togo-cho, Aichi-gun. We have established a system that can respond to developments in the automobile industry, and are also taking measures for safety and the environment.
20232023 "Elasticity changes the way your lifestyle." Under this concept, we launched our own product brand, "lop looop".
2024January 2024 Toru Arakawa was appointed as the representative director and chairman. Accordingly, Kazuya Arakawa was appointed as representative director and president.
